We are excited to be a part of your upcoming event. Please read below for details, expectations, and frequently asked questions (FAQ).
DELIVERY.
Your typical rental includes Delivery, Setup, and Pickup. You just kick back and watch the fun!
Because a driver may have 5 deliveries in 4 different cities and most parties start around the same time in the afternoon... we just can't be in all those places at once! So sometimes we deliver early if it works out that way in our delivery routing. But don't worry, if we deliver early, it does NOT count for your rental time. Just consider it a little bonus, because your rental time still starts at the time you scheduled it.
Delivery should be scheduled at least 30-60 minutes before your event begins. Setup of a single inflatable typically takes 20-30 minutes. This earlier delivery schedule acts a buffer for traffic or emergency situations. We pledge to do all in our power to make sure your party is ready to go at the scheduled start time (1 hour after delivery time).
If you need a precise delivery time because you are in a rented facility, etc. Please communicate that clearly ahead of delivery! Feel free to call or text 253-205-1542 to confirm any delivery specific details we may need to know. Be sure to include the name that is on the reservation in your communication.
PICK UP.
Just like deliveries, pick up times are often all at the same time, too! Delivery personnel sometimes have to pick up after the party end time. There is no extra charge for if the driver has not picked up at the time. Enjoy the free bonus time! Feel free to unplug or turn off the blower(s) when you are finished (Unless they are wet, then please leave on! It helps the water run off).
If something happens that causes the driver to be exceptionally late picking up, he may quietly remove the equipment in the late evening if it is accessible, or return the following day to collect.

RAIN.
When the weather hits, we've no choice but to roll with the punches. We are very flexible with the rain. Many of the inflatables have a roof, so they do provide some limited shelter in the drizzle, but let's face it, if it rains, you get wet. We have some great ways to keep your outdoor party dry, so call us and ask for suggestions. If you still feel the rain will be too much of a damper on your party, just call us BEFORE we head out to you -- by 7am that morning, and there's no additional fee for cancellation.
An In-Store Credit will be issued to your account for your future use for the full amount of any payment made. Credit must be used within 6 months of the weather-cancelled event, unless otherwise extended by management.
CAPACITY.
Most of the inflatable jumpers have a safety capacity as follows:
- Up to 6 kids at a time
- Up to 4 teens; or 3-4 adults
It's good to limit most bouncy houses to individuals Under 180 pounds, and on some of the slides, obstacle courses, and Interactives, up to a max of 250 pounds. It's recommended for most inflatables to keep the total weight in a bounce house at one time under 1,000 pounds.
PAYMENT.
We do our best to make your payment options as flexible as possible. Payment in full is not required to make a reservation. If someone else is paying as a gift, or payday still a few days around the corner, we work with you to make sure you get the equipment you need for your party reserved.

We do not accept personal checks as a form of payment. There is a cash discount. We'd rather support YOU than that credit card company. Please take advantage of the cash discount and YOU keep the credit card fees.
When the drivers arrive, they are expecting to receive either the cash balance, or a copy of the receipt (digitally or printed) from a credit/debit card payment. If you have paid in full in advance of your delivery, your receipt may not be needed.
SECURITY POLICY
Because your security is important to us, we do not internally store credit card information digitally or manually. Our online card processing is handled securely through processing industry leader Authorize.net
The systems SSL software encrypts all of your information, including name, address, phone, and credit card numbers so that they cannot be read over the Internet.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Reservations:
Reservations require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 20% that DOES count toward your rental cost. You can get a quote online and reserve immediately online, subject to availability. Last-minute bookings less than 24 hours in advance of the party start time need cannot be booked online, so please call you order in. We often can accommodate last-minute or same-day bounce house rentals, but you must call in to verify delivery availability.
Reservations are generally not considered to be valid until the deposit is received. Requested Items may remain available for other customers until deposit is received. If you have received a confirmation email for your quote, you do have a reservation. If you have not made a deposit yet, it does not mean that this reservation is cancelled, it may be in pending status. Please call to cancel a reservation at 253-205-1542
Cancellations:
The 20% deposit is non-refundable. If the request for cancellation is received more than 10 days in advance of the party date, the full amount of the deposit will remain as a credit toward a future rental within 6 months of the original party date. If more than the deposit has been paid, the amount paid over the deposit may be refunded or maintained as a credit toward your future rental within one year.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice, but less than 10 days in advance, 1/2 of the deposit amount will remain as a credit toward a future rental within one year of the original party date.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund. The deposit will not be refunded or credited. However, any amount paid over the deposit will be applied to the account as a credit usable for 6 months for the full value of the payment made.

Are your rentals clean?
Absolutely! Every unit in our inventory undergoes a thorough cleaning process. We are dedicated to ensuring that your children have a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment to play in. After each rental, every unit is cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the cleaning is complete, the unit is inspected to guarantee its cleanliness. We use a quaternary disinfectant: which is effective against viruses, bacteria, mold, and mildew.
Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl, and are they safe?
Rest assured, all of our units are constructed from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is not just a preference; it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the protection of your children is our top priority.
Do you serve all kinds of parties and events?

How much does an inflatable rental cost to rent?

How do I request a quote?

How far in advance should I reserve for my event?
Rentals are first-come, first served, so it's always best to reserve early. That would depend on the time of year and what unit(s) you would like to rent. Many of our rentals are booked well in advance, particularly during the season of school field days, graduation events and summer holidays. The best way to ensure that you will be able to reserve your desired unit is to book as soon as you have decided on the date for a party or event. We make every possible effort to accommodate anyone who requests a specific item. Be sure to call us and we will always be happy to work with you.
Do you honor competitor pricing or accept their coupons?
We offer a price match for any of our competitors' prices or coupons, as long as they pertain to the identical inflatable. The competitor's rental price or coupon must be available online or publicly accessible to qualify for application to your order. However, please note that we are unable to match delivery fees, as these vary based on location.
Do you collect Sales Tax?
Yes, a sales tax will be applied and will vary based on the city or county where the rental takes place. Your quote will include the applicable local sales tax. If you possess a state-approved tax-exemption certificate, we kindly request that you provide us with an EIN number at the time of rental, along with a copy of the relevant documentation.
Do you deliver and setup your units? If so, can we depend on you being on time?
Certainly! We take immense pride in providing reliable and seamless delivery services. Delivery fees vary based on the destination and the type of unit.
What are your accessibility requirements?
For standard bounce houses and 4n1 combos, the minimum gate width and/or side pathway should be at least 36 inches. For large slides and obstacle courses, the minimum width needs to be at least 48-60 inches to ensure proper access.
Should I tip the delivery person?
Our delivery team is dedicated to ensuring you enjoy an exceptional rental experience! Bounce House delivery is hard work. If you’d like to express your gratitude to the delivery team with a tip for their outstanding service, it is appreciated, though it is not expected.
Why is it essential for an adult to supervise the use of an inflatable at all times?
Like any amusement attraction, playground apparatus, or inflatable, there is always a risk of misuse. Improper behavior by users—such as climbing on the nets, engaging in rough play, or colliding with each other—can lead to significant injuries. Therefore, it is crucial for a responsible adult to oversee the inflatable consistently, ensuring that all safety guidelines are adhered to in order to avoid accidents.
What happens if I lose power?
All inflatables intended for commercial or rental purposes require a continuously running fan or blower. If the blowers supplied to you cease functioning, promptly remove any children who are playing in or on the inflatable. Next, inspect the circuit breaker to determine if it has tripped. If it has, reset the breaker, and if the blower operates correctly, you may resume play on the inflatable. You should have the blower plugged into a dedicated outlet - with nothing else plugged in on the same circuit.
Should the breaker trip again, please try a different electrical outlet. If it trips once more, contact us immediately.
How much electricity does an inflatable use?
The blower is a high powered fan than runs continuously and uses less than $.0.25 of electricity per hour, utilizing less energy than most household appliances.
Can your units be set-up indoors?
Yes. We can set up in gymnasiums, rental halls, churches, or anywhere else that can accommodate the height of our units. For large units, we may also need double doors to get them inside. If there is a separator between double doors, please request that the building supervisor remove the separator prior to delivery so we can fit through the door!
What surfaces can you set up on?
Our inflatables can be installed on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors, with different anchoring systems designed for each specific surface. When making your reservation, please inform us of the type of terrain where your rental will be set up. Inflatables placed on grass are secured with long steel stakes, while those on alternative surfaces or indoors are stabilized with sandbags.
Is it okay to use a water hose on a bounce house?
Water should never be applied to any inflatable that isn't specifically intended for it. That said, there are many inflatables we have available d for water activities. We're more than happy to inform you about the water units available for rent for your event.
Is it safe to use electricity with water inflatables combos and slides?
When using inflatables that necessitate water, it is essential to ensure that the electrical outlet is protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This device will trip in the event of an electrical short. Furthermore, make sure that all extension cords or electrical cords are kept at a safe distance from water, particularly where they connect.
